How often will I hear from you?
Not often, promise. I do a few drops a year, so I'm only in your inbox a handful of times total. No spam. When you hear from me, it's because something's about to open. 🤍
When are the drops?
Drops happen seasonally. They open at 8 AM CST unless I say otherwise. I'll always give you a heads-up before.
When do the emails go out?
You'll get a preview email about a day before a drop so you can plan, plus a reminder shortly before the shop opens. You'll never have to scramble.
Why email instead of just Instagram?
So neither of us is at the mercy of the algorithm. Instagram decides who sees my posts, but email means you get the news directly, at the same time as everyone else, with room to breathe and decide. Follow along on the app too if you love it, but email is how you'll never miss a drop.
Why is everything made to order?
Because it's all made by hand, by me. Handmade is slow, in the best way. Every piece is thrown, painted, and glazed one at a time, after you order, so nothing sits on a shelf. That's why drops are limited and why there's a little wait: you're not getting something mass-produced.
How long until my order arrives?
Please allow 1–3 weeks for me to make yours before it ships. Once she's on her way, you'll get tracking. Good things take a little time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! 🌍 Wherever you are, she can find you. Please note international orders may be charged import taxes, VAT, or customs fees on delivery. Those are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility, so just a heads-up so there are no surprises at your door.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Ceramics are fragile and I pack them with tons of care. If anything arrives broken, email me within 48 hours with a photo and I'll make it right.
Can I return or exchange?
Because every piece is made to order just for you, all sales are final, except for anything that arrives damaged or isn't as described. If something's not right, reach out and we'll sort it together.
