Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order, just for you, so please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be handmade before it ships.

Once your piece(s) are ready, you'll get a tracking number by email. Shipping times after that depend on your location and carrier.

International orders are welcome, but please note any customs fees or import duties are the buyer's responsibility. If you want to order something and don't see your country listed when checking out, please reach out via email and we can get a custom quote.

If your order arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and I'll make it right — a replacement or refund.
